IF A REFUND IS AGREED THEN THIS CAN TAKE 14 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS FROM WHEN WE RECEIVE BACK THE GOODS, YOURS TRULY WILL ONLY REFUND THE ITEM AND NOT THE DELIVERY CHARGES.
